Construction, Supervision & Monitoring of Nalka-Hatikamrul-Bonpara New Road Project, (RRMP-III), RHD, financed by World Bank
The Consultants will Administer the civil works contract and ensure that the works are constructed in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract. The Consultants will act as the Engineer's Representative except (i) issuing the order to commence (ii) approving variation orders (iii) approving significant variations in quantities (iv) approving sub-letting of any part of the works (v) approving extension of time. Consultants responsibility will consists of but not necessarily limited to the following activities:
(i) Bridges, Culverts and Pavement Design; (ii) Sub-surface Investigation, Materials survey, Construction supervision; (iii) Environmental aspects, resettlement and socio-economic aspects, relocation of services and transfer of technologies; The consultant will attend meeting with IDA missions and render necessary assistance as and when required. Consultant has to recognize that IDA will review the procurement documents tender evaluation and progress report etc.
