(i) Preparing an investment project to improve the urban infrastructure and services in Thimphu and Phuntsholing with a view to keeping up with the urban expansion. (ii) Providing the Govt. of Bhutan with aerial photos and digital topographical maps. (iii) Preparing a five-year capital investment project to improve urban infrastructure and services in the urban areas of Thimphu and Phuntsholing. (iv) Data and Information Collection and General Analysis. (v) Housing Analysis. (vi) Urban Infrastructure / Service Needs Analysis. (vii) Preparation of Urban Infrastructure / Service Improvement project.
